Shipping policy:
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and takes 4-5 business days to arrive. All orders will be delivered by USPS. Occasionally, USPS can have delays on delivery. Miss Cutesy is NOT responsible for any delays on USPS part. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered and you do not have the package, immediately contact your LOCAL USPS directly.
Return Policy:
There is absolutely NO RETURNS on products. All sales are FINAL! Once your payment has gone through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Miss Cutesy and to the buyer. After a product is shipped, Miss Cutesy does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Purchases with Miss Cutesy are non-refundable. (For example: Tracking Numbers with a 'delivered' or 'Return to sender' status are non-refundable).

Lost/Damaged/Stolen packages:
Miss Cutesy is NOT responsible for lost/damaged/stolen packages that were poorly handled by the mailer. If your package does get lost, damaged, or stolen you MUST contact the post office for your money back!
Returned shipments - Invalid Addresses:
When filling out at check out, you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. Miss Cutesy is NOT responsible for insufficent addresses submitted by the consumer. If the address mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email, they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting Miss Cutesy. The consumer has 24 hours to reach out, if the consumer does not reach out in 24 hours, unfortunately there is no futher action that can be done to resolve the issue.
Miss Cutesy is NOT responsible for any allergies/injuries of ANY KIND:
Every Miss Cutesy lip gloss product is made with Coconut oil. The "Romantic Kiss" lip gloss is infused with Real Rose Pedals and the "420 Everyday" lip gloss is made with Hemp oil. Ingredients are listed within every product desciption. Do not use if you have any of the following allergies.
